• The item must be in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

• No restocking fees will be charged

• Used or damaged items (not due to our error)

• Items without original packaging

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection

• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method

• Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are the following:

• Defective

• Damaged during delivery

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick support.
